For a great many years our work on the vines has been carried out with total
respect for the natural equilibrium of the land, with the aim of obtaining
high-quality, authentic wines. This approach was consolidated in 2001 with
our adhesion to the TERRA VITIS procedure. This procedure, based on observation
of the vines and respect for the environment, ensures the traceability and
quality of our winemaking practice, via inspections conducted by an independent
body.
