Anjou Red:
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and fruity, this red will go well with light meat dishes and canapés.

Serving Temperature: 14° C.


Bonnezeaux:
Grape Varieties: Chenin.

Tasting Notes: This is a sweet wine with complexity, finesse and aromatic subtlety, making it ideal as an aperitif or with foie gras.

Serving Temperature: 8 to 10° C.

Recommendation
: Open the bottle 4 or 5 hours before tasting.


Cabernet d’Anjou:
Grape Varieties: Cabernet.

Tasting Notes: Its sweetness and fruity notes make it perfectly harmonious with melon, vegetable tart, or oriental dishes. It is served at receptions.

Serving Temperature: 8 to 10°C.


Coteaux Du Layon:
Grape Varieties: Chenin.

Tasting Notes: A rich, complex sweet white with notes of honey and white flowers. Ideal as an aperitif, with foie gras or with blue cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 8°C.


Saumur Brut :
Grape Varieties: Chenin – Cabernet – Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes: This sparkling wine will be perfect for an aperitif or a party.

Serving Temperature: 8°C.


Rosé de Loire :
Grape Varieties: Cabernet and Pineau d’Aunis.

Tasting Notes: A summer wine for picnics, barbecues or starters. It is very fruity and easy  to drink.

Serving Temperature: 8 to 10° C.


Anjou Villages :
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Long maceration of the grapes and maturing in barrels make this well structured, complex wine ideal with beef or game dishes.

Serving Temperature: 17°C.

Recommendation: Open the bottle 4 or 5 hours before tasting.


Anjou Dry White:
Grape Varieties: Chenin Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes: The fresh bouquet and roundness on the palate make this wine perfect with fish and seafood.
